About Next Steps Forward
We are dedicated to providing transitional housing, job training, education, and empowerment opportunities to teenage girls, formerly incarcerated women, and trafficked women in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our mission is to build confidence and empower women to be resilient and resourceful so that they can successfully transition into independent living and achieve their full potential. To achieve this mission, Next Steps forward will acquire and renovate existing properties in the Bay Area, converting them into safe and supportive living spaces for our target population. Our goal is to help our residents gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to secure stable employment in order to achieve financial independence.

their full potential. Through our holistic approach, we strive to break the cycles of trauma, adversity, and marginalization, fostering a society where every girl and woman can thrive."
Our Goals
Next Steps Forward envisions a future where all teenage girls and women have the opportunity to lead healthy, fulfilling lives, free from violence, exploitation, and homelessness. We are committed to: Acquiring and Developing Real-Estate to create safe living environments for job training, basic life skills, mentoring, credit counseling, teaching emotional intelligence leading by example. With our partnerships and guidance we will be proving resources to create generational wealth not repeating the cycle taking the Next Steps Forward!
